Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you request access, we collect your name, email address, any entity you represent, your representation as to accredited-investor status, and your acceptance of our confidentiality terms. If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address.
Information collected automatically. When you access gated materials, or submit a form on this site (including subscribing to updates), we record your IP address, browser and device information, and the date and time. These records are retained for securities-compliance recordkeeping, to evidence a pre-existing, substantive relationship, and to document your consent to receive communications.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (such as page views and referral sources). Analytics runs only if you consent through our cookie notice; until then, no analytics cookies are set. We enable IP anonymization, and analytics data is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
How We Use Information
- To verify accredited-investor status and a pre-existing relationship, and to grant, decline, or manage access to confidential materials;

We retain access and attestation records for the duration of any related offering and for at least five (5) years thereafter, consistent with securities recordkeeping expectations, and longer where required by law. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe.

Subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
